STEVE McNIVEN Artist, Amazing Spider-Man, Wolverine ALL WEEKEND

Superstar artist Steve McNiven began his professional comics career working at CrossGen comics on the title Meridian.

In 2004, Steve made the jump to Marvel Comics working on titles such as Marvel Knights 4, Ultimate Secret and New Avengers. In 2006-7 he illustrated the Mark Millar-written event mini-series Civil War.

In 2008 he became one of the artists working on the Amazing Spider-Man, kicking off the new status quo “Brand New Day” story arc in issues 546-548. Also in 2008 he has joined forces again with writer Mark Millar, this time on Wolverine for the 8-issue “Old Man Logan” story, which debuts in June 2008’s Wolverine 66.
