I tried to buy my ticket at a Ticket Master location, but they said they didn’t sell them there. I thought I could get my advance tickets at Ticket Master?

Information on purchasing advance tickets will be announced closer to the Fan Expo date.
I tried to buy my ticket at a Ticket Master location, but they said they didn’t sell them there. I thought I could get my advance tickets at Ticket Master?
You cannot purchase tickets AT a Ticketmaster location. There are 3 ways to buy our tickets:
- Buy through Ticket Express from our web site.
- Ticketmaster.com or
- Call Ticketmaster.
All tickets go on sale July 1, 2008.
How can I pay at the door?
We accept cash or Direct Debit at the door.
How does the "Child Free" Coupon work?
Available on our web site, simply print off the coupon on your printer at home and bring it with you to the Expo to redeem.
Does the Deluxe (weekend) pass include Friday?
Yes, a Deluxe Pass includes all three days admission! It should be called a Deluxe "Long Weekend" Pass"!

Do I have to buy a ticket for each event?
No- One ticket covers all events. Certain events requires a DELUXE PASS. See chart above.
Can I move freely from one event to the next?
Yes. Fan Expo Canada is held in one large area in the South Building. However, if there are any special events that you want to attend; celebrity signings, the masquerade, etc. you may need a deluxe pass or a special ticket to attend. Please check the features under each genre to find the requirements.
Is Fan Expo Canada going to accept Credit Card payments so fans have more cash to spend inside?
We are looking for technology to help facilitate quicker transactions that will function in the South building (because the South Building is 3 levels from the ground, signal is sometimes inconsistent or not functional at all). An annoucement wiill be made if we have found a solution for the show. We recommend bringing an appropriate amount of funds to the show. There are several ATM machines nearby, but they run out of funds fairly quickly during the show.
How can I receive Information on future events?
If you have attended a previous Expo you should receive a flyer from us each year.
If, however, you have moved or never attended an Expo before we would be happy
to add you to our mailing list. |
